At Qissa-O-Lakeer, we want you to enjoy the artwork you choose. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with in 7 days of delivery so we can review it and help find an appropriate solution.

Return Eligibility

Return and exchange requests are assessed according to the product, the reason for the request, the condition of the item, and applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a return, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive artwork that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• Photographs showing the issue and the packaging.

• A brief explanation of the problem.

We will assess the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Change of Mind

Returns for reasons unrelated to a defect or fulfilment error are subject to our applicable return conditions. Any exclusions or restrictions will be communicated before purchase and will not override rights provided by law.

Personalized or Custom Artwork

Custom-made or personalized products may have different return conditions because they are created according to individual requirements. However, these conditions do not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products where required by law.

Refund Processing

Once a return or refund request has been approved, we will explain the applicable process. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where feasible, or another mutually agreed method permitted by law.

The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and applicable law. We will communicate the relevant arrangements when reviewing your request.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Orders that have already been dispatched or entered into production may have different conditions.
