At Qissa-O-Lakeer, we understand that customers may occasionally need to change or cancel an order. Cancellation options depend on the order status, product type, and applicable law.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the contact details used when placing the order.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until Qissa-O-Lakeer acknowledges it.

2. Ready-Made Artwork

Cancellation requests for ready-made artwork may be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through the standard cancellation process. Please contact us to discuss the options available under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Custom Artwork

Custom artwork may require design preparation, material allocation, or production specifically for the customer.

Cancellation requests will be assessed according to the stage of production and any conditions agreed before the order was confirmed.

Custom-order cancellation terms: Custom Orders Cannot be returned

Any restrictions will be communicated before the customer confirms the custom order. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Bank Transfer Orders

If you have paid through bank transfer and your cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

If payment has not been received or verified, the order may be cancelled after the applicable payment deadline, where this has been communicated.

5. Cash-on-Delivery Orders

If you need to cancel a COD order, contact us before dispatch whenever possible. Refusing a parcel after dispatch may result in delivery complications and does not automatically resolve any rights or obligations relating to the order.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been collected and the cancellation is approved, we will communicate the refund method and applicable processing timeframe.

Any cancellation fee, if applicable, must be disclosed in advance and comply with applicable law.

7. Changes to an Order

Requests to change artwork, dimensions, customization details, or delivery information should be submitted promptly. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch has begun.
