These Gift Card Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, redemption, and use of gift cards issued by Qissa-O-Lakeer. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these terms.
Gift cards may be purchased through the Qissa-O-Lakeer website, subject to availability and the purchasing options displayed at checkout.
Gift cards may be redeemed on https://qissalakeer.com toward eligible products offered on the website. Gift cards cannot be used for purchases outside Qissa-O-Lakeer unless expressly stated otherwise.
If the total purchase amount is less than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future eligible purchases, subject to the applicable gift card terms and website functionality.
Gift cards may not be resold for commercial purposes or transferred in a manner prohibited by applicable law or these terms. Any restrictions on transfer or resale will be applied to the extent permitted by law.
Available gift card values and denominations will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers may not be applicable to gift card purchases unless expressly stated in the relevant promotion.
If an order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method accepted by Qissa-O-Lakeer.
Customers are responsible for keeping their gift card codes and related details secure. Qissa-O-Lakeer is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from a customer’s failure to protect their gift card information, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us promptly if you suspect that a gift card has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by Qissa-O-Lakeer. Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may suspend or cancel an affected gift card or request an alternative payment method. Customers will be contacted where appropriate.
Gift cards issued as part of a promotion, giveaway, campaign, or special offer may be subject to additional terms, including restrictions on use, validity, and redemption. Any such conditions will be communicated with the relevant promotion.
Qissa-O-Lakeer may provide information about a gift card’s balance, validity, and redemption status where the necessary information is available and the request can be verified.

These terms are subject to the laws applicable to Qissa-O-Lakeer and the relevant transaction. Any provision that is unenforceable under applicable law will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.
