Welcome to Qissa-O-Lakeer. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, https://qissalakeer.com, and your purchase of our artwork and related products.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Qissa-O-Lakeer offers ready-made artwork and custom artwork designed to bring stories, memories, and creativity into your space.

2. Products and Artwork

We offer both ready-made and custom artwork.

  • Product images are provided to help you understand the appearance of each item. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, or printing processes.

  • Custom artwork is created according to the details, references, and specifications agreed upon with the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including dimensions, design preferences, spelling, and any other details required for custom orders.

  • Minor variations in handmade or artistic products may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Please review product descriptions and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Orders and Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Qissa-O-Lakeer.

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or another provided contact method to verify your order, delivery address, product details, or custom artwork requirements.

An order is considered confirmed once we have communicated confirmation to you.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if product availability, payment verification, inaccurate information, or other legitimate circumstances prevent us from fulfilling it. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will coordinate an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise.

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery: Payment is due when your order is delivered.

Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment instructions. Please share payment confirmation if requested. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not received within this period.

For custom artwork, production may begin after the required order details and payment arrangements have been confirmed.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.

5. Artwork Completion and Delivery

For artwork requiring production or customisation, preparation and completion generally take approximately 3–5 days, depending on the design, complexity, materials, and order volume.

After the artwork is completed, delivery within Pakistan is estimated to take an additional 7–10 days, depending on the destination and courier service.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package size, order specifications, and courier service.

The applicable shipping fee will be communicated or displayed before the order is finalised.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please review your product selection and customisation details carefully before confirming an order.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Reporting a Defect or Damage

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Include your order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Keep the item and its packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

  • We may request additional information to assess the issue.

Where a defect or damage claim is approved, we will discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The 7-day reporting period begins when the customer receives the order. It does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Exclusions

Minor variations in colour or appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, or normal artistic characteristics are not automatically considered defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer actions may not qualify for a remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that are mandatory under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is confirmed.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation is not guaranteed because preparation, production, or customisation may already have started.

Custom artwork may not be cancellable after confirmation or once work has begun, except where required by applicable law or agreed by Qissa-O-Lakeer.

To request cancellation, contact us promptly at +92 305 9630000. A cancellation is effective only when we confirm it to you.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for and cannot fulfil it, we will coordinate an appropriate refund.

9. Custom Artwork

Custom artwork is prepared according to the customer’s agreed specifications.

Before confirming a custom order, please check all submitted details, including text, names, dimensions, references, and design preferences.

Changes requested after confirmation may affect the completion timeline and may incur additional charges. We will communicate any applicable changes or charges before proceeding.

Custom artwork is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect valid claims involving defects, damage, or rights protected by applicable law.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be offered for use toward eligible purchases from Qissa-O-Lakeer.

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 month from the date of issuance, unless a different validity period is clearly stated on the gift card.

  • Single use: Each gift card is intended for one transaction. Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited and cannot be reused.

  • No refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

  • Lost or unauthorised use: Please keep your gift card details secure. We may be unable to replace a lost, stolen, or already redeemed gift card.

  • Expiry: Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed unless required by applicable law.

Please check the gift card’s stated expiry date before making a purchase.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special campaigns may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility, expiry dates, and product exclusions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse its content, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Product descriptions, photographs, designs, branding, and other website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Errors and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

If an error affects your order, we may contact you to clarify the information, offer an appropriate alternative, or cancel the affected order and coordinate a refund where payment has already been collected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qissa-O-Lakeer is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or excludes consumer rights where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

Personal information provided when placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use relevant order and contact information to process purchases, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, and provide customer support.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

The terms applicable to an order will be subject to applicable law and any specific terms communicated and agreed upon when the order is placed.

17. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the competent authorities or courts with jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
